Live chat with an actual person (David) in store giving good advice and arranging to come and see the treadmills they have. Callum in the store was helpful and gave plenty of time to answer our questions without pressure. So good to be able to go in and see the machines and not have to risk purchasing straight from the internet. Looking forward to receiving the treadmill in the near future. This was my first time dealing with Fitshop, but the experience has been great so far. Callum was able to discuss options and arrange delivery to Northern Ireland (while many other companies refuse to do so). Communications were friendly, the tone was professional and responses were quick - absolutely no complaints. Just waiting on the equipment to arrive now, but I don't anticipate any issues.
