You'll never see your order. Received an email that order had despatched. 4 working days later DPD have still not received it. Emailed Fitshop and no reply. Live chat them the next day and they claim DPD have not updated the tracking info and they want £25 to cancel the order. Speak to DPD and they confirm that their system relies on physical scans.
