SO impressed with this supplier. They had the best price on the intercooler lines I needed to get my Superduty back on the road for the next camping trip. Called Monday morning to check on an order made over the weekend and Megan went out of her way to assure my order was processed promptly with the vendor and provided me with shipping information promptly that same morning. Will not hesitate to use this company again in the future.
I had just started a long vacation and DEF alerts hit my dash telling me I was about to go into limp mode. I was at the door Monday morning and KC was kind enough to pull my truck in immediately and start diagnosing. Discovered I needed a replacement harness, ordered it and it was shipped Tuesday morning. KC had it in and delivered my truck to me and I was on the road that afternoon. Thanks so much for saving my vacation. Lifesaver. Way beyond my expectations.
Casey pulled my 6.0 powerstroke turbo apart and it was an 06 turbo the truck was also an 06. Casey said is was an 03 turbo and will not fit and my pedastal was wrong. So I requested my truck back left my truck apart and charged me 400$ for just looking at and and taking off maybe 10 bolts. Next day after I picked my truck up I dropped the turbo in myself and and it couldn't have lined up more perfectly. I did not run into any fitment issues what so ever and the install went perfectly. Traveling from Boise to Portland and had my water in fuel light come on after going through a storm over the Blue Mountains. Stopped at powerhouse and explained the situation and asked them to drain the filters to check if there was water in the fuel. They dropped what they were doing, pulled me in and checked my truck. Turns out there was no water in the fuel but just some damaged wiring on the Wif sensor due to previous fuel filter changes. They separated the wires to prevent them from touching and tripping the light again... read more
