Just my experience, take from it as you will. Not too many positives from it unfortunately. First time service customer, Quoted a service price for a log book service, went to pick up car and invoice was over by 200, no one could explain why, nothing extra done and the people who could weren't around, pool of oil found in my garage the next day, oil was very black and on the dipstick was indicting it needed to be changed (dpf).
