Delicious cheese made right in the pancreas of Blackburn
Beautiful cheese ! Well done.
This cheese is the real deal. Purchased the Blackburn Blue at the Yarraville markets. Probably the best blue I have ever tasted. Had a creamy texture that went down nicely on sourdough and crackers then used the rest to make a blue cheese dressing. 100% will be purchasing again
