We were getting ready to go on vacation and had an emergency at one of our rental properties in Kutztown. I called late in the afternoon and we had an appointment the next morning. The service tech, TY, showed up exactly at the designated appointment time. He was very courteous and professional, answered my questions and took care of all of the issues we had. I would definitely recommend PowerHaus Electrical Services and will be calling them whenever we need them in the future.
Ty was so professional and knowledgeable. He worked with my schedule and made an appointment with me within days of my calling him. He was punctual and well prepared.
