Michael Edlund and Power Haus have exceeded everything I could ask for in a training and fitness experience. Learning new Crossfit skills, improving body composition, and making huge strides in strength and conditioning have kept me engaged and motivated. Train here, you won't be disappointed.

Coming from a gymnastics background, this is exactly the kind of programming and pace I was looking for. The environment and community here are both motivating and fun. Coaches are knowledgeable and really great at working with people of all fitness levels and those returning from various injuries as well!
I love coming to the gym. The location is excellent, the gym itself has everything needed and more, Michael is a great owner/coach. Michael knows his stuff and is driven to improve himself and others.
