I had an excellent experience with Powerful Electrical LLC, and I can’t thank them enough for their exceptional service! I called around for two hours to get help out here in Jamestown and no one serviced my area. Stan, the technician who came out, was fantastic. He took the time to thoroughly examine and troubleshoot my RV outlet. I live out of my RV full time while I get my house built and have my RV on a breaker which stoped working in the middle of the night. Great emergency service! Stan was polite and very professional, communicated the issue clearly and walked us through the issues and what was needed to resolve them. Not only was he helpful while he was on the job, he took the time the next day to follow up and make sure that my mom was satisfied and that her electrical issue was resolved. We are very appreciated that Stan removed the electrical danger from my mom’s home. Expect them to make promises about when they will arrive only to never make them, if they show up at all. Wasted 6 hours of vacation time across two different work days to have them repeatedly push back the arrival time until the next day. Every time I called to figure out why they weren't there at the end of the promised window they promised to call me back, and literally never did. Instead I would get a quiet email or text about their arrival time being pushed back another 4 or so hours. Service once they arrived was fine ... read more
