What a team. These guys installed 48kw household batteries for me. including removing the old panels and then started from scratch. They had to travel from Perth to Jurien and were on time. Russel, Peta and their team installed a 24kWhr Battery in a challenging location along with additional solar panels. The work carried out was professional, neat and clean. It was a disgustingly disappointing experience with Russel from Powerflex. The job was to connect a smart meter to my Solis solar inverter. After re-scheduling the work multiple times over three weeks, he ran the wrong cable from the meter box to the inverter — terminating it with an RJ45 connector, even though the inverter port is an RS-485 2-pin port.
