After all the changes due to the pandemic, Mark transitioned to an online platform. The new online platform we are currently on is great! We get live feedback during the workouts and Mark is still there to motivate us every step of the way. It feels great to be able to get coaching from the comfort of own home and interact with the other members. I highly recommend it!

The Meltdown Transformation Studio has great atmosphere for your fitness needs. Mark Valenti is a great trainer! He changes the workout routines up constantly so you don’t get into a routine rut.
