i dropped my lawn mower off for repair November 1st and was told it would take a couple weeks to let me know what was wrong with it. I still hadnt heard anything by mid December so I called to check the status. i was told my mower was not repairable and it needs to be replace, it was under warranty by Ryobi. I then called ryobi and was told there owner needed to file a warranty claim in order for ryobi to replace my mower. I had a generator repaired at Steve’s shop. Did a great job.
Just bought my first battery powered mower from Steve. He just got in the EGO product line and it looks great. Can't wait to try it out. It is so nice to have a retail shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff, and they do the warranty service work in house! I can definitely recommend POE!
