I am from Salt Lake City Utah. A repair shop in Salt Lake City told us our Roots 827 RCS blower would need to be replaced and couldn't be repaired. I found powered equipment online and after a phone call with Chrissie and the service department they assured me they could repair our unit. We sent our disassembled blower, in pieces, on a pallet to Indiana hoping for the best. Powered equipment didn't disappoint! Our blower was repaired on schedule, and at 1/3 the cost of replacement!!! This team knows their stuff - Thank You !

Placed a order over the phone after looking up prices up online , the lady on the phone was very pushy and after getting the bill I see why, it had shipping over twice that what's on the online ordering and also handling charges as well as a elevated product price. In all it cost about 20 percent more to order over the phone.
Excellent sales and delivery. Best price and had the compressor in stock. Jim is great
