I have had Powered Developments to both my own home and my rental apartments. Jeremy replaced 2 fuse boxes for me (from the old glass screw in fuses) to a more up to date (and definetely safer) breaker box. He also replaced an old fluorescent light in my kitchen with brighter LED bulbs without me having to lose the existing fixture (which was important for me).
