I had high hopes for my experience with PBP, but unfortunately, it fell short in several critical ways. The service promised accountability and professional behavior, but in practice, I found it lacking. My organization hired Powered by Professionals (PbP) this year to support both our gala production and fundraising. The PbP team was indeed professional, brought a great deal of expertise, and were a joy to work with. Having their support was a GAME CHANGER for our small nonprofit!
