I took my generator to Powered by Hassett, and they had excellent customer service. They gave me a 2-week turnaround time, and I received it back in just 3 days. The pricing was very reasonable, and they had all the parts in stock. It was a great experience overall.

I feel fortunate this service and quality of equipment is offered in our community. However, the repair service is dysfunctional. The the staff are nice enough but it's the classic case of "over promise and under deliver." Of the 7 times I've stopped into check on the repair of my trimmer (it's been there more than a month), I receive two sound bites of information, 1) "We'll get back to you and let you know the status", and 2) "We'll get it done within a couple of days". Gio and Valentine are awesome. Spent extra time and stayed late to help us put together an adapter set up for a pressure washer wand. Better option ended up being renting a wand. They had on hand at an amazingly fair and generous price!!! Even though it was late on a Friday, they didn’t act bothered whatsoever. The entire stores inventory is super cool!!!! Wide selection And a lot of bits and parts and do hickeys.

A store like no other, besides the variety of equipment/accessories they sell. They also have a lot of repairs, they try to keep up. Keep in mind that these guys are not only dealing with local repairs. I've been informed of people coming as far as santa cruz. I also recommend this store for arborists. However, people who are considering recreational climbing gear. Call in with a part number or description before making the drive over to this location.
