After paying a call out to have my AC repair quoted last year, I’ve now waited 9 months since accepting the quote. I’ve been the one who always had to follow up and chase an update for what was a very basic repair. Not impressed Tony told me the part was out of stock for months when Fujitsu confirmed they had it ready to ship. Two months after this, Tony told me he’d paid for and ordered the part. Thank you Tony! I had a poor experience with another company’s annual service. Tony came in and cleared it all out properly. Friendly, quick, fair.

Had a heap of work to do on our place before selling it. Powered Air came recommended already but I was imeadiately impressed by Tony's no-fuss, can-do approach and clear comms throughout the process - especially as we'd already moved and couldn't be there in person. Was a real weight off our shoulders to find a team we could trust. Thanks again mate!
