Specialties: We offer custom indoor cycling rides that allows the customer to ride anytime of day and all rides are geared to meet their individual fitness level as opposed to a "one size fits all" approach with other indoor cycling classes. We also have Power Hours that add a weight training session to your cycling session to maximize your fitness experience. For those interested in cycling outdoors a Summer Training club is available 3 times a week in addition to out of town cycling camps. Established in 2006.
