My power was out on October 31, 2024 due to am outage. I was never provided with any information to let me know. I work from home. The power was out from 12-2pm. I asked the supervisor Ron Heiligh to contact me and provide an email to substantiate that the power outage and the time of the outage. He provided me with an email placing blame.
