Kind of a long story but they were great! My dog had stepped on my laptop and that made the screen go darker. I kept adjusting the brightness levels but nothing came to fruition, I did everything I could. Took it to GeekSquad who said it would take up to 4 weeks and $300 to fix it because the backlight might be out or a pinched wired.
