At first we were very concerned about getting our building after reading all the negative reviews. We finally received our garage and Carolina Carports did an amazing job of installing it in 2 days. It took about 5 months after purchase, due to Covid delays, as every other industry is experiencing. Very happy with our purchase and glad to leave a positive review for both companies.
Everyone was nice and seemed to be handling everything professionally at first. I was contacted earlier this week and surprised to learn that my carport would be installed much sooner than I thought. Very happy until today. Contractor Carolina Carport called again today to go over the specifications and said I was given the incorrect pricing and if I still wanted the carport it was going to be an extra $600-$700 to get the way I wanted. HORRIBLE customer service. My building looks great but it was not worth the multiple failures of communication breakdown this company put us through. Their schedulers are impossible to reach and do not return phone calls or text for days. Would never recommend this company to anyone.
