We had to cancel our rental, no one answered the phone, so we did it via email, but have received no communication since. They kept our prepaid rental.
Excellent service and a great place to try out a battery powered bike!
If you're considering renting E bikes and not sure.. this is your sign to just do it! So much fun! The staff is wonderful and we're quick to answer all my questions.

5 of us rented ebikes from the Excelsior location. Great instructions from the staff, well maintained and easy to hop on the trail to Victoria. Fun to have an opportunity to test drive before potentially buying.
