I honestly don’t even understand how this place is still in business, this is worst place possible to bring your loved ones. They would be better off living in a shelter because they would receive better care there.The staff treat the patients like less than nothing.They verbally abuse and neglect them .The workers on third shift sleep their entire shift and leave the patients helpless and suffering. Overall staff on the floors were good
I had to stay here after a major surgery. I had a very good experience.
Medicare funnel! A great place to throw your family members whom you don’t love live here. We took a tour, and showed up to the facility late at night for several days Understaffed, dirty, elder neglect, food is rancid, kitchen is filthy, furniture in the rooms are filthy bathrooms filthy, staff are not answering the call button, patients are calling out for help and no one is responding. DONT LEAVE YOUR FAMILY HERE!
