I’ve always been impressed with the level of thought and professionalism put into each workout. Power Athlete is not only about building strong athletes, but confident athletes as well. The focus on injury prevention and correct lifting technique cannot be matched. They trained both of my girls in the bridge program after their ACL surgery and not only did they come back, they came back stronger and faster. PA has been great! We send 2 kids there. One in high school for their football training and one young one for the future athlete training. Both are awesome! The kids are faster and stronger than ever the Manfre’s are great as well! Highly recommend! The fees are very reasonable as well.
