PYC Niagara is more than just a yoga studio, it is a community! The minute you walk into this place, you will feel safe and welcome to be your most authentic self. There are a WIDE variety of classes and teachers to choose from, to align with your interests and needs. On top of that, they offer workshops to go even deeper into your yoga journey. The introductory special was a great way to get started, and now I am here almost every day of the week. Come try one class and I promise you will be back for more ♥️

Had a delicious hot yoga with music Wednesday night class with Mariska. She is a terrific yoga instructor who speaks with a gentle but empowering voice as she coaxes us into poses. The instructors offer hands on assists if you place a stone in front of your mat. Mine said water which I loved as I’m a scuba diver. Mariska helped me with assists and I got so much deeper into the poses. It was amazing. Thank you Mariska!
I had stopped practicing hot yoga when the studio I went to closed during Covid and then I dealt with an injury for a few years. When my daughter told me she had heard that PYC was coming to Fonthill I was over the moon! I was so excited to get back to my practice and this studio already feels like home.
