I have been coming regularly to Kathleen's classes she is a great teacher that has a lot of experience. She knows how to guide her students to achieve their goals and fitness. If your looking to for more flexibility and strength this is the place for you. I would recommend her to anyone.

I really love Kathleen's class! She is an awesome yoga instructor who takes the time to explain each pose with you as well as coming to adjust you during your poses! She is really good at what she does and I can already feel myself getting stronger and more flexible everytime I go!! I have four kids and she is helping build my core that I thought was none existent! My body is changing from attending her classes for only three months!! She is amazing!!

I took my first yoga class with Kathleen after having my second child. She encouraged me to go to class with her, because I was having lower back pain and I wanted to add some stretching into my boot camp classes I was taking at the time. I’ve had the pleasure of watching her fall in love with Yoga, since day one. She self-taught herself along with some guidance from other yogis.
