I used the self wash. I noticed that the soap was not coming out. I looked around but couldn't find anyone. I just finished out my 7 minutes then went looking for someone. Took me 5 minutes to get the attention of someone in the office by knocking. I told the man about the soap issue. He said I just got done filling it. I said ok I get that but it wasn't working while I was using it. Once again he said I just filled it. I knew this was a lost cause.
Absolutely horrible. I paid $15 and it took MAYBE 10 seconds to go through the automated wash and my car is still FILTHY! tried to find an attendant to complain to and get a rewash and there wasn't a single person to be found. Complete waste of money
Wish I could give 0 stars I went threw twice and each time it has distorted my car first time it caused a big crack in my trunk this time ripped a piece of the trim off...I'm pissed this place should be shut down... and by reading the comments I'm not the only one this has happened to
