Can’t say enough good things about the service we received from PowerVac. They were speedy to book our appointment, and the technicians were on time & very respectful. We feel so good knowing that our home is cleaner thanks to PowerVac! They were able to clean our Ducts, our furnace & both of our Dyer Vents with no mess left behind. HIGHLY recommend and we will most definitely be using them again.
I scheduled the service two months in advance. Nobody showed up and when i called 45 minutes later the receptionist cheerfully informed me they are nowhere near my location due to overbooking. She wanted me to hang out by the phone until unspecified time in the afternoon to even reschedule. No apology was offered. Very unprofessional.
Who ever answers your phone is ignorant and confrontational. I was actually calling to give you business. Your company did not show up to my suite on the day they were suppose to but the next day. I was then out of country and was unable to allow access for my suite. Instead of oh "im sorry let's work out a day when we can come back" it was "no your wrong, your building manger is wrong" we're right. If you are having problems with your duct work I recommend Power Vac. Living in a condo in downtown Vancouver our dryer was unable to move all the moisture out of the suite. Wet lint was collecting in the duct work causing moisture to back up and drip though the ceiling. Sean recommended a lint trap and a dryer blower. The dryer moisture is now being shot out if the building instead of building up in the duct work. I highly recommend Power Vac for duct work problems.
