I recently had Power Vac of Ottawa come in for a duct inspection, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. I dealt with Troy, who was incredibly polite and punctual. He took the time to open a couple of registers, showed me photos, and was completely honest in telling me that our ducts were actually clean and we didn’t need any cleaning services at the moment. They did an amazing job cleaning our clogged dryer vent, very professional and reasonably priced compared to others, also accommodated our last minute call, highly recommend these guys.
Not good representatives calling homes. Get repeated call from this company even though I told them I have no duct work in my house. The response is to simply hang up - no good bye, sorry for calling you again, etc.
I recently hired Power Vac to clean the dryer vents at three of my properties, and they did a fantastic job across the board. I want to give a special shoutout to the manager, Troy, who went completely above and beyond. While his crew was working, Troy dropped by and we realized one of the properties didn't have an obvious exterior exhaust opening.
