I really wish I could rate this company a 5 star but there were a lot of hiccups. First, I received an email stating that the technicians will be at my house at 1:30 but they came past 3:30pm. Second, I had scheduled to have all of our house duct cleaned including our dryer Vent but when the technician came he said he did not have the tools to clean that particular vent. They would've had to make a second trip. No one from the office had called me that our dryer Vent will not be able to be cleaned prior or before the technic... read more

I recently had this company come out to clean the ducts in my new home. I had read their reviews and saw that they were mostly positive so I am very disappointed with the service I received. 1. There was a large amount of dust and debris left on the floor near every vent, clearly no effort was put into cleaning it up. 2. One of my vents had a fist sized ball of dust left very visibly at the opening of the duct. 3. Technician was amazing. Professional, patient and great with our two kids who just wanted to hang around. I don't know about the rest of the technicians but Devon was fantastic. Great job all around.
