Overall, I am really pleased with how helpful/considerate the technicians were and the job they performed. Requested a quote for Duct & Furnace cleaning through their website and their reply was not only prompt, but they also explained the process to ensure transparency. We found out recently that there was a hole in our dryer vent that had - unbeknownst to us - had been blowing dust and lint into our house instead of out! Our furnace tech recommended Power Vac and we called them right away.
