Excellent experience with PowerVac. They were very quick to send over a quote, and the technician was very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure everything was clean. We had a slight rattle at first startup, but he went back in and was able to get even more junk out of the blower which solved the issue. Very impressed with the service and would highly recommend!
Great job! Anwar and team were on time, explained everything (even the dumb questions I had), and did a thorough job quickly. They even provided before and after pix. I have allergies and asthma, and I noticed a difference by the next day. Cost less than I expected, and the guys were very personable. Definitely will recommend! Thanks!
The gentleman that came was very pleasant to talk with. He explained what he was doing and how. It was his first time doing the duct work on an rv trailer. He called a coworker to verify how to do it for his first time. The sanitizing was great. They use a natural scent of tyme. I would use the again.

Overall, I am really pleased with how helpful/considerate the technicians were and the job they performed. Requested a quote for Duct & Furnace cleaning through their website and their reply was not only prompt, but they also explained the process to ensure transparency. The technicians were able to arrive much earlier than planned and contacted me to ask my preference on starting early or keeping the original time.
