I got duct work done at my rental property at Chatham on November 27th, 2024. After the work was done, I had leakage issues with my humidifier at at different spots. I had to get a contractor in to temporarily fix it. The issue here, the work was done in an 1 hour but they charged me almost $400 to get duct cleaning done and followed up early morning today asking for payment and I paid it off but not satisfied with the service. I hope atleast the refund the cost of me having a contractor go in to get this resolved.
They accommodated a weekend cleaning, on time very friendly and done within the given time . Very satisfied!
