Do not get them to do chimney cleaning!!!! They were supposed to clean top of chimney when they were done cleaning inside of it. It rained a couple days later. All the black soot ran down my chimney. Owner tried telling me it was probably already like that. I told him we never used fireplace. My husband was on oxygen. Owner told me to find someone to powerwash it. I was told by a powerwash company that their not sure they can get the black soot off.
We had a full air duct cleaning and sanitization done at our home. They did a fantastic job and even found a large area that a previous company had missed. Would highly recommend! Wonderful communication and professional staff.
The two workers who came to the Fairledge Street address more than forty minutes early and persisted in working after I told them they did not have consent are not welcome here during the time where I reside here. Should they appear at this property, I will contact police. I have a German Shepherd and PTSD, my "boyfriend" was told a time, & two workers improperly showed up forty minutes prior to arrival. Service was rushed in less than 90 minutes for 3000sq feet home. Spent no more than 30 seconds per vent. Missed several vents and said they did them when asked. Motion activated cameras pick up no motion in those areas! They have no cameras for before and after pictures. Basically they are working with no idea of how much buildup is there or removed.
