After experiencing knee pain when riding for the last couple of months I brought my bikes in for a fit with Jim. He spent the next 3 or so hours methodically adjusting cleats, contact points and observing my pedal strokes and by the end of the fitting, I could already tell I was in a better position. Great place for bikes and training.
I am a 50 year old male who is just getting into competitive endurance cycling. Getting a Retul Bike Fit was the best money I have spent in a long time. After getting used to my new position, my FTP increased from 219w to 248w in about three weeks. Peak power (1 second) went from 815w to 1201w. The gentleman that performed my bike fit has trained world tour cyclists, and treated me with the upmost respect. Highly recommended!
Power Up is really helpful to beginning riders, and those of us who are starting up again. Coach Amy was generous with her time and really informative. If you've always wanted to ride, or need help getting started again after a long layoff of the bike, check them out. You won't be disappointed.
Best indoor bike training in St. Louis. Bring in you bike, the trainers hook it up to the computrainer, put the fan on high and provide you a customized watt workout. Indoor biking is safe and the workouts are intense. The trainers have professional level knowledge so if you are looking to improve...look no further. I never broke through to the next level until Power Up.
