Travis, the owner is awesome lol. The atmosphere is great and everyone is super friendly. Also the price is great for the quality of equipment and environment. Also its awesome when he has the elderly fitness groups cause hes hyping everyone up and everyones so happy and im just listening to that and to my music on the elliptical

Travis has created a full-service gym (no showers, which is fine). It has lots of machines, treadmills, benches and weights, both free and bar. There are also classes for older folks who struggle to stay active. There's a pickle ball schedule, and I've started playing that sport, which helps me with my leg circulation problems. Travis is friendly and available by phone, text, and in person.

Very friendly atmosphere, with a wide variety of equipment to choose from. Travis will also provide guidance and advice for workouts. Great place.
