AES LOUISIANA I was given PTS phone by a company based out of Texas; called them and gave them the information off the motor tag; paid with a company credit card; received the motor, installed it and got a calm from the certified electrician that it was the wrong motor. Me and the electrician call WEG who the motor was shipped from and WEG verified that the motor was incorrect. I called immediately to report the problem and get the correct motor. I would not do business with this company, will not answer phone or emails
tried to email customer service several times and received no reply. Tried to call customer service and heard them answer the phone and put me on hold without speaking to me. I have been on hold for 30 min now...awful customer service... And I am trying to rectify their mistake of shipping me the wrong product....
Customer service is horrible. I would not recommend these people to anybody!
