The owner was very rude when I asked bout warranty on my transmition. They did work in 2013 and they have no paperwork or any info about it. Wehicle was owned by different owner back then. The guy on the phone said it would take forewer for him to search by VIN to find out what exactly was done. Looks like they don't even have computers there with customers' database. He was literally yelling at me when I asked simple question. They should learn some customer service skills. I would never do business with them.
