Took my 79 series to Sean after a tune from elsewhere, and it’s an absolute pleasure to drive now, best Landcruiser tuner in Vic
Had my n80 Hilux tuned by Shaun and the team. It’s auto and fairly standard as far as drive chain modifications, it’s a completely different car now, smoother and power when you need it. Highly recommend giving Power Torque a call, well worth the drive to Healesville.
Shaun from Power Torque is an absolute legend. After having my 200 upgraded with the Gturbo warrior package by another mechanic interstate (Newcastle) it never felt quite right, lack of response and massive amounts of balck smoke! After getting no response from the original mechanic, I took it to Powertorque and he picked up the problem straight away, the tune that was installed was rubbish. Steve did a grouse job on my 76 series cruiser. With a clutch and remap, it was like driving a whole new car home. The man is an absolute expert at what he does, would highly recommend Power Torque for any VDJ Cruiser.
