took my welder to them twice, first tie they said nothing was wrong with it (under warranty) second time, same problem, they said it was a control board that would cost $975 plus 3 hours labor. we said to fix if under warranty, no warranty. I went to pick up the welder (small but still heavy for a small woman) the man told me I had to help him load it into my vehicle. I got it halfway in then he left go and walked away!
