These guys are amazing. Dropped off a Milwaukee caulking gun for repair. It was under warranty with Milwaukee and they fixed it for me free of charge. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Extremely professional group of guys.
I had a Milwaukee weed eater that made a grinding noise and dropped it off saying it was going to take 2-3 weeks. Well after calling them 3 times and being very patience I finally got a call saying it was ready almost 3 months later. Picked it up and took it home and it is STILL BROKEN. So it sat there for 3 months to get nothing done to it. I live over an hour away and was so frustrated that I didn't even let them know it was still broken since I live so far away.
