The counter person was friendly and helpful, but I just picked up part for a customer nothing else.
Been dealing with Wendal & Richie (Power Tool) for 10 years now. (Work tools & personal) Two of the most honest people I know. Usually, it comes back working. If not, they have to wait on vendors for warranty. (I.E, the company that manufactures the tool.) If they can't fix it they will tell you. Stand up guys. Pretty sure Richie is undefeated
Old School place. They do the repairs on site with experienced people who know their stuff. Glad I found them
