I had a super friendly and competent experience of Jose. He cross-referenced parts numbers to discover that he had the small Milwaukee part I needed in stock when nobody else in town did, and sold it to me for a buck. Very friendly conversation too.

I was going to take my chain saw , but rite off the bat he asked what I had as soon as he knew it was a small job , he said would take three weeks .He said he had to much work funny when I got there they were closed before posted hours so I had to call him for contact.

I can confidently say that this was the worst service I've ever gotten in my life. I took my Milwaukee drill here to have it serviced while still under warranty. After I showed him the problem, he took it in and told me to call him in a few days to see what was going on with it, so I did and he said he was still getting around to it, to call him again in a few more days. I called again a few days later, he said he wasn't sure what was going on with it, and to call back again later because he was busy. I had to leave the coun... read more
