If you want quick service, this may not be the company for you! We are on day 4 waiting to have our 16kva UPS repaired. As of this writing, we still don't have an eta on the part. This is from their last communication "I do not know the eta of the parts but they are typically in stock and ship quickly"...whatever that means. For our 600,000sq mfg facility in Ala, we consider this to be a priority. It would be nice if Power Tech did too. Been getting UPSes from these guys for over a year now for our organization. Very good service, they're always prompt, always on top of the game -- Especially Mike L. -- and overall, I'm extremely pleased to have found a battery reseller that is actually looking out for the consumer, and not just to make a quick buck. These guys are awesome, you won't regret working with them.
