James ( I believe this was his name, with the black hat and glasses) swapped our corroded hot water tank that leaked in the basement in the course of the same day. The morning it leaked, he was there within 2-3 hours and replaced by no later than 3pm. Guy was really friendly, efficient, fast and a good dude all around. This is the 2nd time we have used Power Tech. Will be recommending to more people.

We have called Power Tech a few times with no calls back. Very disappointing considering we need them to hook up our solar so we can move into our house.

Came and helped get my house ready for connection again when a tree landed on my power line almost ripping it out of the house. Very fast and friendly service. Definitely recommend and lovely to have local here in Trail!
