I'm a bit surprised that they close for lunch. Most contractors don't schedule their breakdowns around lunch. The employee who was there told me he'd need to talk to his manager when I asked for 1/4 inch hoses with 3/8 fittings. I'd suggest another shop if you need custom hoses...
