I am an older female and the fellows at Powerstroke have been so helpful and patient whether it’s a purchase, repair or operation instructions. If they have what I need, I will not shop anywhere else!
This week I was treated unprofessional by one of the manager, no one were out front I cracked the door to get someone attention and the manager shoved the door closed jammed my hand and walked away, I feel the experience was racist and very unprofessional.
William and crew were great to work with! They have worked on my equipment for years and last week I bought a new exmark mower from them! They made the whole process easy.
