This place asked me to drop off a deposit to order thr power steering rack needed for the repair. The lady at the front told me it will be 3-4 days to get the parts in and to drop off the car. I waited 4-5 days and parts still wasn’t in yet and she insist for me to drop of my car so they can start on it when parts arrived . One week later she said the technician is out of country and no one can work on it and it is a hard job to do. I immediately requested for my refund for the part and to get my car back.
