Great service! Prompt and professional. Courteous and respectful of the home. Did everything as asked and performed above and beyond as far as my expectations. Thought I had to replace the carpet, turned out it was just dirty. Would highly recommend.
Gave the guys fair warning that a bad review was coming their way today and they seemed perfectly fine with it. I have pictures of how clearly bad my carpet looks but got some bad service and some bad attitudes to go along with it... Very disappointed. I'd recommend using super steam cleaning instead a million times over.
