Excellent and prompt service. Special care was applied to the hard to clean areas and the carpet is like new again. Update to this carpet service company. In September of 2020 Power Steam went out of business for good. The company that replaced power steam (and a good buddy of the previous owner) is called E & R Carpet. This owners name is Patrick or "Pat". He does an excellent job of carpet cleaning as well in the Solano County CA area. Check him out.
I went through 3 other carpet cleaning companies that were recommended through other people before I called this company. The other three left my carpet as dirty as it was before they cleaned it. I finally went on google and found power steam. What a difference! Just my first initial chat over the phone had me sold. I am happy and pleased with the results. I am a satisfied customer. Our carpets were clean efficiently and I appreciated the flexibility to schedule appointments. The price was reasonable and staff was punctual.
Really appreciate the great service. Friendly, and honest. I will be a retuning customer. My carpets were pretty soiled; high traffic areas are now spot free.
