Hands down the BEST gym in Mackay! And Coach T is the best PT I've ever had the pleasure of working with - he is SO knowledgable and motivating! The gym itself is amazing with heaps of equipment and super clean, and the group fitness classes are next level - you will push yourself and grow as a person as well as meet some AMAZING people who are members there also - would recommend to ANYONE!
I've just joined, Ive been to multiple gyms around Mackay due to my fitness passport. 1. They accept a fitness passport. 2. They offer fitness classes that are frequent. 3. It's clean 4. They are friendly and inviting. 5. There has been no show boating. Let's just say I'm not the fittest gym but coming here makes you feel good to be there. 6. Variety of equipment. This place is excellent.
