They installed and continue to maintain my Generac Generator, recently they came out doe scheduled service. I received an email reminding me of upcoming service, day of phone call/voice mail letting me know they were on site and to reach out with any questions and also a door tag reminding me they had been on site!
They were top knotch and did a incredible job. Very prompt, professional, done all they said they would. I got quotes from several places, by far the best price and best service.
The name of the Service Technician who performed the annual maintenance on our Generac Generator was Kenney. He was outstanding with great product knowledge. He was courteous , answered all of my questions and gave excellent recommendations on how to perform maintenance checks on my own. He took the time to explain all of the maintenance procedures that he was going to perform on our generator. As usual let me know he was here and if I had any question just let him know. Went to work and checked my unit and cleaned it. Serviced it completely. Great job.
The technician worked quickly and completed the maintenance in a timely fashion, explaining on the front end what the maintenance involved.
