Here and gone but did his job well
No response to multiple emails requesting installation or service.
The story is a simple one: A tree fell across our power line, the power went out, the Generac generator came on, the generator stopped working, I called Power Source Electrical Services, and within 20 minutes they had the generator working. I have never experienced such a great service from any company before.
Power Source techs always do a great job from installation to maintenance visits twice a year. They’re professional, friendly, and communicate well about what they’ll be doing. I’m so glad I chose Power Source for my generator.
Power Source Electrical installed our Generac 5 years ago. We've been very happy with the generator and the service we've received from PSE. Highly recommend them if you're considering a wholehouse backup system.
