They do not answer their phone nor do they return phone calls. Finally someone answered and we tried to schedule an appointment to service the generator and was told that they would call 24 to 48 hours ahead of time. After several weeks we heard nothing from them so we went with a different company .We called to cancel the service, no acknowledgement from them.
